Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Grid Maker Pro subscriptions. Our free grid tools remain free and are not affected by this policy.
Free Trial
Grid Maker Pro is offered with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account at no cost.
We send you an email reminder 3 days before your free trial ends, so you have time to decide and are never charged unexpectedly.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment)
Your first payment for Grid Maker Pro is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The first payment means whichever of these happens first for your account: the charge when your free trial converts, your first monthly or yearly subscription payment, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
If Pro isn't working out, email us within 30 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full - no forms, no questions asked. Anything you have already downloaded or printed for your own use is yours to keep.
The guarantee applies once per customer and covers the first payment only; renewal payments are handled under the refund conditions below. We reserve the right to refuse the guarantee where we see clear abuse (for example, repeat accounts created to claim it more than once).
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account by selecting Manage billing. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your subscription will not renew. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with Grid Maker Pro. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged due to a clear billing error or duplicate charge.
- You were charged for a renewal and request a refund within 14 days, before substantial use of Pro features in that period.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law in your country.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear. To request a refund, email hello@thegridmaker.com with the email address on your account.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you cancel an annual plan, access continues until the end of the paid year. Refund requests for annual plans are handled case by case under the refund conditions above.
Referral Rewards
Bonus subscription days earned through our referral program have no cash value and are not refundable. See our Terms of Service for referral program rules.
