Quick fixes for common issues.

My image is not uploading

Make sure your image is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP). Try a different browser if the issue persists. Grid Maker works best in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

The grid lines are hard to see on my image

Change the grid line color to create more contrast. Use red or white lines on dark images, and black or dark blue on light images. You can also increase the line thickness or adjust opacity.

The downloaded image quality is low

Grid Maker preserves the full resolution of your original image. If the quality seems low, check your original image resolution. For printing, use images with at least 300 DPI. Download as PNG for lossless quality.

Grid Maker is running slowly

Very large images (10,000+ pixels) may cause slower processing on older devices. Try reducing your image size before uploading. Close other browser tabs to free up memory. Chrome generally performs best.

Grid Maker does not work on my device

Grid Maker requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled. Update your browser to the latest version. It works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS.

Can I undo changes to the grid?

Grid Maker applies the grid non-destructively to your image. Simply adjust the settings (rows, columns, color, thickness, opacity) and the grid updates in real time. Your original image is never modified.
