Who can get the student discount?
Anyone currently studying: high school, college, university, art school or an online course run by a school. If your school gives you an email address, verification takes a minute. If it doesn't, send us proof of enrolment through the contact form and we'll verify you by hand.
How long does it last?
Your student status lasts 12 months. The discount applies to monthly and yearly Pro for up to 12 months from when your plan starts. After that you can verify again if you're still studying.
Do I still get the free trial?
Yes, if you haven't had a Grid Maker Pro trial before: 14 days free, with no charge today, and the student price from your first payment. The trial is one per member, so if you've had one, your plan starts straight away at the student price. Either way, your first payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Does it work on lifetime access?
No. The student discount is for the monthly and yearly plans, which you can cancel or pause between terms whenever you like.
I already pay for Pro. Can I switch to student pricing?
Yes. Verify your school email and we add the discount to your current plan automatically, from your next invoice. If your plan already has another discount, contact us and we'll sort out the better deal for you.
